People were asked to write, stitch or draw and contribute a section to the Stockbridge Tapestry, a communal artwork to display in the Meadows that provide inspiration for the final artwork. It’s not a tapestry in a traditional sense but rather a long banner, containing artwork, text and segments from as wide a range of people as possible.

The Tapestry is currently in the Parish Office. Melbourn Parish Council are hoping to find a place to display it permanently.
